Earl Gervais became one of the youngest general contractors in the Aspen/Snowmass area of Pitkin County, Colorado.  Specializing in new home construction and remodels, he quickly earned a reputation for professionalism and attention to detail. 

During this time, Earl earned his Real Estate license and was soon hired by Snowmass Real Estate Company, which is the premiere real estate firm in the Aspen/Snowmass area.  After two successful years at that firm, he was recruited to be one of the founding members of a new sports apparel company, training and managing their national sales team while overseeing all of their national trade show activities.    The company experienced explosive growth, and through a merger and a public offering became BUM equipment.

Having relocated to the North County area of San Diego, Earl subsequently decided to return to the housing industry when he recognized an unfulfilled need in the area of assisting banks and lending institutions with the evaluation, marketing, and sale of their REO properties.

For the past 15 years, Earl has been actively involved in the marketing and sale of residential real estate and bank owned properties.   He has successfully marketed and sold properties representing all segments of the housing spectrum, and is ranked as one of San Diego’s top producing agents.

Earl’s reputation as a real estate broker and a foreclosure expert has been consistently justified by his innovative problem solving skills, innovative marketing methodologies, perseverance, enthusiasm, and hard work.  His trademark of integrity and attention to detail has earned him the respect and repeat business of his clients.  Earl believes serving is an honor not an inconvenience.

Earl is currently on the board of directors for American Residential Real Estate Investment & Trust.  He is also the residing president of CREON (California REO Network.)  This is a premiere network of top producing REO brokers in California.   Earl was also instrumental in the development of REO Connection, one of the nation’s premiere national REO broker’s networks.

Earl is the owner and president of American Eagle Real Estate Inc. and one of the top listing agents in San Diego County.
